Viewing Document Type
In the document tables the Type column shows the bare code (or CODE-SUBTYPE), with the spelled-out name on hover. A document that has not been classified yet reads Awaiting Classification.
Open a document to see its category, document type and subtype together at the top of the panel, alongside its recording information.
Manual Type Assignment
There are two ways to set the type yourself.
When the system is unsure, it stops the document at Classification Review Required and opening it shows the Classification Review panel. Pick a category, then a document type, then a subtype where the type has one - the AI's suggestion is shown under the type field. Press Save & Continue to apply it, or Exclude if the document does not belong on the order.
Otherwise, open the document and switch to edit mode to change the type the same way: category, then type, then subtype. See Manual Editing.
