Logging In

Access Platted through your organization's login page.

Standard Login

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In

First Time Access

If this is your first time logging in:

  1. Check your email for an invitation from Platted
  2. Open the link in your invitation email - it takes you to the Complete Registration page
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Complete your profile with your first name and last name. Phone is optional and can be left blank
  5. Click Complete Registration

If that page shows Invalid Link instead of the registration form, the invitation has expired or has already been used. Ask your administrator to send a new one.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page - a short form opens in place
  2. Enter your email address and submit. The app confirms with "Check your email for a password reset link."
  3. Open the link in that email. It opens the Reset Password page
  4. Enter your new password and click Reset Password

A reset link that has expired or has already been used also shows Invalid Link. Start again from Forgot your password? on the login page.

Session Management

Your session will remain active as long as you're using the application. For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again if your session expires.
